Classes
Spring Studio Pilates offers small group and private Pilates Reformer classes. All Reformer classes are 50 minutes and have a maximum of six students to allow for a superior and highly personal training experience. Reformers are the ultimate Pilates equipment that offer a low-impact workout that enables the user to increase muscle tone and improve flexibility, balance and posture. Our studio is beautifully equipped with solid Maple Balanced Body Studio Reformers, Towers and Exo Chairs, allowing for a dynamic array of exercises during each class. All ages and levels are welcome.
Spring Studio also offers Barre classes that incorporate cardio, strength training and stretching, and are guaranteed to lift and tighten your backside!
Cardio Jumpboard classes are also available for existing Reformer clients (classes are limited to six people, and spots must be reserved prior to class).
